For same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received by REAL FLOWERS before 6:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

For same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received by REAL FLOWERS before 6:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

For next day early morning delivery, orders must be received by REAL FLOWERS before 7 pm prior day for logistic reasons.  

You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the order/product to be shipped.

Flowers and Products Substitution Policy:

All flower bouquet arrangement and others products like cake - chocolate etc comes under REAL FLOWERS substitution policy. Since all flowers and bouquet arrangements are hand-made there they may differ slightly from the picture shown. Sometimes we would substitute flowers due to local unavailability issues and will replace with same OR higher value flowers. Floral arrangements / products photo shown are indicative only. The Actual floral arrangement / products will vary due to local variability of flowers across different destinations. Even cakes are sourced locally and since each bakery and chef has his / her own way to make it the cake apperance may differ slightly in shape and form from what is shown in the picture. Local unavailability of flowers, cake, chocolate accessories etc will be replaced by similar or higher value products without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation:

Customer can cancel order latest by one day prior to the order deliver date by email to orders@realflowers.in before 6 pm IST

IMP: Order gets cancel only via email to orders@realflowers.in

Pls note we wont be able to cancel any order on delivery date as all order items are booked one day prior to deliery date and even advance payments are made for them locally.

Once order is cancelled the order amt money gets credited back to your credit / debit card

As standard we do not call recepient before delivery so make sure delivery address and other details are correct

We follow address given on our site www.realflowers.biz and not on CC Avenue site

No refund for Incorrect / Invalid address

No refund for no-show, door locked, refusal to accept the order, person not at delivery address etc

No refunds for special products like cake, chocolates, flowers etc whose booking advance payment has been made locally

No refund for products damaged after we have delivered to hospital / hotel / hostel / office reception / office secirity / office staff

Delivery may take longer due to:

  1. Bad weather
  2. Political disruptions
  3. Relegious celebrations
  4. Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

For Midnight Deliveries

Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.30 am on mentioned / asked delivery date.

For Fix Time Delivery

We cannot commit the exact time for delivery. Subject to the Shipping address the order will be delivered +40 or -40 minutes as per selected time.

Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least 5 days in advance.

For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

  1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.
  2. Recipient not available.
  3. Premises locked.
  4. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery

In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.

Delivery to Hospitals Policy

Hospitals is an area where delivery boys are not allowed to wait or delivery items personally to the intedent party. Delivery boys are not allowed to enter hospitals so we will deliver the items selected to the hospital reception area and hospital staff will connect with the receivers and deliver the items. We do not take gurantee after when we have delivered items to hospital staff but we will try to communicate (call / text) to the receivers number telling him that we have left the items and they can collect it from hospital staff.  

Delivery to Hotels Policy

Delivery boys are not allowed to enter hotels so we will leave the items with the reception area OR hotels security and they will deliver it to intended person.  We will try to communicate (call / text) to the receivers number telling him that we have left the items and they can collect it from hotel staff. No refund for products damaged after we have delivered to hotel staff.

Delivery to Wedding Halls/ Marriages Policy

For delivery to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bridegroom. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our delivery confirmation SMS and mail.

Delivery to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises

Our florists are experienced at making deliveries to hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises. However, please be aware to make the following information available:

  • Name of Recipient and Sender
  • Hostel Name
  • Full address of the hostel
  • Room Number
  • Telephone number of the hostel

The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the vendor. The order can be handed over to security/any other responsible person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.

International Orders:

We are happy to help you send flowers internationally. Please email us on orders@realflowers.in for any assistance. View our International Flower Delivery information page for more details.

Please ensure that you provide clear address, city, state, zip code and other details. Our processes are very strict and gifts to wrong address may not be delivered and you may be charged for the same. In the event the gift has to be redelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, standard redelivery costs will be charged.

International Deliveries will not be made by Real Flowers directly but through third parties.

Orders should be placed 48 (forty eight) hours prior to the delivery date.

Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, the deliveries would be done in between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

For countries in UAE and other Islamic countries, no deliveries shall be made on Friday.

In some European countries, no deliveries shall be made on Sunday.

Delivery status will be available after 48 (forty eight) hours of delivery.

We will attempt delivery only ONCE and in case the house/delivery location is locked or the recipient refuses to take the delivery, the delivery shall be deemed to have been made.

Any change in address/message shall be attended to if placed prior to two hours before delivery. If due to non-availability of the ordered product, the delivering outlet may without notice, substitute flowers, container or accessories of a similar value, brand and repute.

Delivery delayed due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or act of terror shall not become a cause for a refund or replacement under any circumstances.

For delivery at Remote Locations and Towns

Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, all the orders received by 6 p.m. would be delivered on next day between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Deliveries are made on Sundays only for Express Deliveries. No deliveries are made by third party courier agencies on a Sunday. The products can be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the 'List of Serviceable Cities'.

No deliveries would be done on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working day. In case of floods/ heavy rains/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/ traffic jams/ festival times/regulated traffic movements or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order etc. Real Flowers reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided in the order received by REAL FLOWERS. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever not attributable to REAL FLOWERS, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by REAL FLOWERS. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:

  1. Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  2. Recipient not available.
  3. Premises locked.
  4. Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable.
  5. Recipient refused the products.
  6. Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighbourhood.
  7. Please note that flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location. REAL FLOWERS will not entertain any complaint for such items after days from the time of delivery.
  8. The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
  9. We can’t commit a time for the delivery.
  10. Correct and elaborate address and contact number is must of the recipient for placing the order.

Valentine's Day Express/ Same Day Delivery Services

For Express Delivery products, we are unable to commit to an exact time of delivery. This option is only available for Fixed Time Delivery and Midnight Delivery products. The prices shown may change without prior notice due to Valentine's rush. Pre-book your orders to enjoy attractive rates. Please be aware of our substitution policy. For next day courier products, we are unable to guarantee an exact time/date of delivery during the peak season. We use our best discretion to deliver the gifts in the event the recipient is not available at the venue. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery confirmation & dispute resolution during the Valentine's peak season.
